Q - I have something in mind for a tutu that I don't see on your site.

A - Please contact us, we would love to work with you to make the tutu of your dreams.

 

Q - How long will it take to get my tutu after I order?

A - Custom made tutus are designed and hand crafted after each order is placed.  We want each tutu to be absolutely perfect for your princess, so this process takes approximately 1 week.  Please add 4-5 days shipping to this.  So, approximately 2 weeks.

We do offer premade tutus that ship within 2 business days of your order being placed.

 

Q - Do you have a minimum order?

A - There is no minimum order, we are very happy to help you any way we can.

 

Q-I just placed an order and did not get a reciept immediately. Did my order go through?

A-Most likely.  The system that we use does not automatically send an invoice, this is something we do manually.  You will receive an email within 24 hours that order has been received. If you do not receive that email within 24 hours, please give us a call.

 

Q - I am having problems putting my credit card through.
